How and when you can cancel an order placed with Luker Auto Parts.
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to give you flexibility while respecting the logistics required to fulfill each order.
Cancelling an Order
- Orders may be cancelled before processing or shipment without penalty.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return Policy.
- Customers should contact customer service immediately if they wish to cancel an order.
